This version does NOT include the IDE Filter driver, V1.20D. For Win9X/ME/2K the IDE filter driver is needed to support UDMA 6. The IDE Filter driver is not needed for WinXP SP1 and later Microsoft operating systems. If you wish to use the IDE Filter driver, please download version 5.04A.

VIA Hyperion Pro drivers are suitable for ANY VIA chipset - but they are particularly recommended for KT4## series, P4X4## series and newer, for example:

Due to be released in the within an hour is VIA’s New AGP driver. Soon available, is an AGP driver version 4.10b which is Microsoft certified. The version of the AGP driver in the current 4.37(a) 4 in 1 drivers is the 4.05c. This new version named 4.10b has been designed to enhance performance under Windows XP. Tested on a KT266A chipset motherboards with a GeForce 3, and WinXP, this driver provided an extra 3 fps in Quake III and an extra 100 marks in 3D Mark 2001.

VIA 4-in-1 Drivers - BETA version 4.30, This file is BETA, so install at your own risk. Apparently, the only new addition is the option to install/uninstall either the IDE VSD driver, or the IDE Miniport driver. Most people typically have more success with the Miniport, but results will vary.
